
Fit Mom Project
Fit Mom Project is a dedicated fitness initiative aimed at helping mothers regain their pre-pregnancy fitness levels and confidence. Established in July 2016 by Angel Cheng, a mother and experienced weight management coach since 2003, the project offers specialized programs tailored for mothers from three months postpartum onward, including those who are breastfeeding or have undergone caesarean sections.
Key Offerings:
- Postpartum Body Transformation Masterclass: This program focuses on eliminating extra fat and flabby postpartum belly through a combination of 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Participants learn targeted training techniques for achieving a flat tummy and firm abs.
- Supportive Community Environment: Fit Mom Project fosters a community where mothers encourage each other, making workouts enjoyable and fostering friendships with like-minded individuals. The facility also includes a children’s corner, allowing mothers to exercise without worrying about childcare during school holidays.
- Experienced Coaching: Led by Angel Cheng, the coaching team is experienced in guiding mothers through their fitness journeys, helping them achieve wellness goals both physically and mentally.
