Hong Bee Group Malaysia was established in 1933, garnering a reputation for high quality products and excellent customer service in the textile industry. HBL continued to break new ground with the 1,000-acre award-winning Setia Eco Gardens township in the Iskandar Development Region, jointly developed with SP Setia Bhd. 

HBL continues to thrive on its holistic and integrated property offerings. Anggun City is part of a 150 acres commercial master plan, within the 700-acre Anggun Rawang township, that will consist of established retail brands, an international school – Knewton International School, well known eateries and much more. Anggun Rawang New Town is envisioned to be the new town centre of Rawang that will form an integral part of the Northen Gateway of Greater KL once fully developed.
