Hong Bee Land
Hong Bee Group Malaysia was established in 1933, garnering a reputation for high quality products and excellent customer service in the textile industry. On the back of their successes, these traits were firmly ingrained into their property development arm, Hong Bee Land Sdn Bhd (HBL). The company boasts of a significant landbank, a total of 1,600 acres, located across strategic growth areas throughout Peninsular Malaysia.
The incorporation of HBL was further boosted with joint venture agreements with two prominent property developers in Malaysia. Their entry into the property development industry with GuocoLand (Malaysia) Bhd saw them leaving a lasting impression with the development of Emerald in Rawang. HBL continued to break new ground with the 1,000-acre award-winning Setia Eco Gardens township in the Iskandar Development Region, jointly developed with S P Setia Bhd.
HBL continues to thrive on its holistic and integrated property offerings. Their maiden township project in the 700-acre Anggun City, at the heart of Rawang town, remains an integral part of the Northern Gateway of Klang Valley, with Anggun City being the focal point of the 150-acre commercial master plan.
